I have a similar situation and i am very rarely hungry early in the morning or don't have a lot of time in the morning. I usually make a fast fruit smoothie or drink some hot tea and grab a banana or some kind of fruit. Both are good choices to make and go for the car. Smoothie might take 5 min. You could also eat a bowl of whole grain cereal and that should keep u satisfied till lunch. That way i feel better in the morning and i won't get hungry mid morning and can wait till lunch time. I've started to add wheat grass to my smoothie so i don't have to worry about not getting enough veggies in my diet and it boosts energy. Try amazinggrass.com. I bought the wheat grass powder and superfood powder combo. Its a very healthy option. If you just drink juice or milk in the monring you can add it to that too. I hope that is helpful for you.
