i got a wieght gainer so i can can put on some pounds and i want to know is there anything i can do to add wieght to a specific part of my body like my wrists and forearm

While I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes. I was put onto a diet of 20 carb points a day. Now that I am not pregnant I no longer have the diabetes but need to lose weight, how many carb points should I do for a health diet?

is this a bad diet???

3 waffles for breakfast
2 powerbars for snack
6 pieces of dove chocolate for snack
3 pieces of pizza and a cookie for lunch
2 doughnuts for snack
yogurt for snack
fried chicken for dinner
carmel apple for dessert
ice cream for dessert

i eat this everyday, is this why i have love handles and like 8 fat rolls???? what should i do to get rid a them???? how do i stop eatting when im not hungry???

im so short i am15 and 5' im a guy
-my twin is 5' 3"
-my 16 year old brother is like 5'6ish
-my mum is 5'
-my dad is 5'8"
-when i was 14 i didnt eat much and llost a lot of wieght for about 4 months
-i've eaten splenda sweetend yogurts since january at 18oz of them a day sometimes more

Okay I'm 16 and i'm 5'9, 230 pounds. I don't really look heavy. I keep wonder where all the weight goes. I nees some help losing weight because my mom and my grandma keep makin jokes about like it's funny. The only words they use to describe me is fat and heavy. They keep tellin me i'm going to die if i don't lose weight. All my friends in skool keep tellin me i don't have 2 lose weight, they're really supportive.. Can someone please help me lose weight because my mom is really stressing me out.

About 8 months ago, I really got into lifting. My first questions is, does genetics really make a difference?

I came across a set of hexagon dumbbells and I use them along with my smith press machine for benching. The smith press machine I use does not provide ANY assistance at all except for propor form to prevent cheating/bad technique. Does this work the muscles the same way that a normal bench would?

Any my third question is: Has anyone ever followed any of the routines from the HARDCORE BODYBUILDING: A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH? I just finished the elite program from this book for the second month in a row and I am looking forward to using the extreme body building program from Bill Pearl's "GETTING STRONGER" book......Has anyone ever followed this?

like that if you were to somehow not have any food your body can goabout 2 weeks w/o eating food that your body will just feed off the body fat you have until it starts getting sick and you die.
now that i have said that, i have a friend that says she isnt going to eat for a week b/c she wants to lose weight. thing is she is only 110lbs and 5'1" or 2" how much weight would she lose? i wanna help her lose it healthily but i was just wondering about how much would she lose. she tols me she didnt wanna say how much she wants to lose but that it would only take 1 wek of not eating, so i want to find out how much that would be so i can help her safely lose the weight.
also i know that most models lose weight unhealthily, but for the few that dont how do they do it. i seen this one model on tv that said she works out everyday and i was wanting to know what she does. but anyways how do they lose weight/ keep weight off?
and lastly what are some belly love handle and upper arm exercises..?

what height should i have been?
im not stressed jealous at all if people is prettier than me, but when they're even 1cm taller than me, i get crazy and really stressed and i don't know what to do
it might be exaggeration, but i could even think about self-termination of life
is this normal to be not jealous about facial appearance, but only height?
i should have been taller, but i affected my eventual height, so im really stressed
do you think i have any mental problems, then name it
i know what i have, i just want to know what you guys think
