You wouldn't survive with just 250 calories each day? That's anorexia. If you want to loose weight the healthy way, how about 1600 calories a day? Be safe.

250 calories per day is not enough to sustain life... if you mean 2500 calories then it depends on your current height, weight, diet, and metabolism. The safest way to lose weight is to decrease calories and increase exercise moderately. Losing a pound or two a week is typically considered safe. If you are very overweight it can be safe to lose more then just a pound or two. If the calories is not a typo and you actually plan to eat that little you will run into scores of health problems. That simply is not enough intake to adequately fuel the human body.

I assume you mean 2500 calories each day :)

Think abou tthis.. if you, on average, burn 400 calories from exercising a low to moderate 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week you have 2000 calories a week. In 2 weeks that is 1 1/7th a lb.

In 6 months that is 17.6 lbs... You can amplify that effort by eating a clean diet and focusing your energy on increasing your metabolism.

i hope u mean 2500. u cant live for 6 months consuming only 250 calories a day. you wouldnt have enough energy to exercise anyway

If you only eat 250 calories a day and work out that much., you'll be dead and won't have to worry about it. Be reasonable.

if you only eat 250 calories per day you will end up on IV in about two weeks. TALK TO A NUTRITIONIST !

none...ur body will store all the fat it can get cuz u are in starvation mode and u will gain weight...u also wont be able to exercise cuz u arent getting enough calories to burn and u will be weak and sick and u are gonna end up collapsing or have a heart attack...thats anorexiaeat atleast 1400 calories...

I did that , but with a 1000 limit. I lost about 30 pounds
