While I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes. I was put onto a diet of 20 carb points a day. Now that I am not pregnant I no longer have the diabetes but need to lose weight, how many carb points should I do for a health diet?

Don't worry just about carb points, worry about total calories you eat, portion sizes, and reduce the fat in your diet. Add quality protein such as lean fish and chicken, also eat 6-9 servings of fruits and vegetables and skim milk or yogurt.
