Eat rice and bread. It will fill you up, trust me. I'm poor.

in the future, Get some some popcorn. Practically no calories but your not supposed to eat at least 4 hours before you go to bed. Drinking water will fill the void but leave the light on in the bathroom

peanut butter. Lots of protein and low carbs. You need to go shopping. Rice would be better than bread

It's not wise to eat before bed. Your body doesn't break down the food while you're sleeping so it will just stay there as extra fat that will take a long time to work off. <3

your not supposed to eat right before bed, but you could have a half piece of toast and the other tomorrow for breakfast (and some other stuff), but if you have lemonade in your fridge, add a little sugar, it's a low calorie drink that fills you up! :o)

Well it looks like either toast or rice. Unless you also have something in your fridge... fruit, milk, cheese?
