First of all: Know you are great no matter what anyone says, and even something like your appearance cannot change the heart inside of you. Keep that strong.

1. If possible, and desirable, pick a sport.

2. Hit the weight room with a friend. LEARN how to use the equipment first or you WILL injure yourself and it will not be fun at all. A guy with your stature could easily build some muscle with the right exercises!

3. Watch the junk food. Lay off candy, cake, sugar cereals, pop, sugary juices, and fried foods. Try fresh fruit instead, cut up an apple, eat granola, learn to love yogurt, and try having a bowl of whole grain cereal for lunch or supper three nights a week.

4. Oatmeal. It fills you up, and doesn't add too many calories. PLUS it's amazing for your heart! Might keep your family off your back JUST by eating the oatmeal. Oatmeal has been proven to lower cholesterol and risk for heart disease! Try adding different things: Cinnamon, raisins, peanut butter, coffee creamer, granola, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, etc.

I don't really know what you're asking here but that extra weight could be muscles.
