Doing lunges is a good one to add for your lower body. Stand in place take a big step out keeping your back vertical and almost touch your back knee to the ground. Alternate each leg counting each one. Do about 20-30 and rest do about 3 sets. getting your heart rate up for a solid 20 min is also important for fitness and health. find a sport that you like such as basketball. I like that one because you don't need to have a partner to still play. It also kind of depends on what you want to do. Lose weight - get your heart rate up for extended periods of time. at least 20 min. Build muscle - keep doing what you're doing.
With what you are doing now. They all work different parts of your body so order isn't so important. as far as how much would say at 14 try to lower your reps a little and increase your sets. So instead of say 30 push ups one time do 15 push ups - do 20 crunches, 20 lunges, and then repeat that who circuit 2 or three more times? Oh yeah I'd cut out sit ups. one final note about push ups try placing your hands in different locations each time (For example make a diamond with your hands directly beneath your chest that will will give you some variety and add a little more challenge). Good luck!

Yoga (or Tai-Chi) are good morning workouts for anyone. All you need is a good DVD or if possible, do something simple like walk the dog on a leach for a few blocks so you can make it home for your scheduled days activities.

What you have as a list is amazing of great exercises. If you're looking to body-build or get into shape for competition or something similar I'll understand. If not then consult a doctor or someone into fitness, not too zealous aching to make you overly-muscular. After all, only you know what you're going for in your exercises.

Many Blessings!

How far away is your school? 2-3 miles? Walk to school, can of soup in each hand. Arms at the side--keep them there, lift the cans every time you walk. Walk as fast as you can and try to improve every day. I'm assuming a fairly heavy backpack. Get ankle weights if necessary.

Try doing 3 or so sets of as many as you can do at once.
Do this for a wide variety and mix your exercises. Do as many different things as you can
