Is the blood still moving in your veins?? I would guess it doesn't move any more.

Go to the trouble of totaling up the calories and fats, figure it out. IT IS A HORRIBLE DIET.

Eat a high fiber cereal with a banana and skim milk and splenda for breakfast.

Snack, an apple or a banana most any fruit.

Skip the chocolate, pizza, cookie and donuts. These are ALL very high calorie foods.

The Yogurt is good (but the the Dannon Lite no sugar added) have a grilled chicken breast instead of fried chicken. NO FRIED FOODS. NO SWEET DRINKS.

Have an apple (no carmel it is candy) for dessert, and a no sugar added fudgecycle.(only 40 calories)

Yes these foods are the reason you have the fat rolls. Cut back the diet and start walking at least one mile a day, move it slowly up to two miles a day.

Remember my name is Mary Ann when you need a beneficiary if you do not cut back.

nutrition plan isn't very nearly controlling body fat. The ingredients you devour grant needed nutrition to each of the structures on your body. a short nutrition nutrition plan is low in a lot of nutrition and severe in such issues as sodium and fat. even if the type of your body seems solid, and also you've were given severe athletic applications, different structures and organs are suffering.
