how exactly are you supposed to eat to be in the zone?

Dear all,
Please do not tell me to eat - I already know this and am fighting this hell for all I am worht, with tears, braveness and common sense amisdt the voce arguing withall its might. I gain no satisfation or pride just pathetic ashamed feelings for living and showing my physical sttae of this condition.
However, the physical feelings I am now experiencing are really rather scary - my legs are buring to extreme and keep buckling. I am inclined to conclude that my muscles are wasting away . . does anyone else know of this situation and advise in any way.
Please help I'm scared for this and my hard fight to face the fear of the food . . I am in therapy alhtough it' s not going so helpful . . after all its down to me to fight and keep fighting this battle every day. My physical strength continues to fail me everyday and is now preventing me from enjoing what I love - hill walkig, rambling, the gym as it now robs me of this. Can anyone advise . . Thankyo so much x

If i go on a diet for 2 weeks, will i lose 5 pounds...

if i excercise tae bo fat blaster(without the bands) & tae bo cardio...(99 minutes)

if i eat oatmeal for breakfest(weight control)

for lunch a pb&j sandwhich,granola bar(90-100 calories),fruit(apple),water

dinner-soup

snacks??? uhmmm gum????

AT first I thought it would be too much but now that I feel the benefits I enjoy it..I don't get bloated anymore and my skin feel's so much better and smoother.

i have never joined a gym,
what Gym eg LA Fitness,Virgin Active,David Lloyd etc is worth joining?!iim quite slim,toned,play loads football,very active,but struggle to put on weight,due to fast metabolism,
soo is it worth joining gym to beef up?!
i knw after 5pm is normally packed,thats only time i can go..and weekends..
any useful advice & help welcome..

i just bought a treadmill last week , i burn 800 cal on it throughtout they day . i eat 1200 calories a day. my goal is to lose 30- 40 llbs by early next year. any suggestions or opinions?

I just made a pretty gross smoothie but drank it for its benefits. It consisted of milk, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, and vanilla weight gain protein powder. I don't recommend it. I ran out of milk and had to substitue. What are some other gross but healthy smoothies you drink? I thought about mixing raw eggs in this one.

I eat twice a day once at breakfast and once at supper I don't know if i am not eating enough ,but is there any vitamins that i can take to hike up my energy level?

I cant imagine eating 5-6 small meals per day. However I am willing to try just about anything (other than drugs) to lose this extra 60lbs that I have been carrying for several years now.


When they say you need to eat 5-6 small meals, does that more or less mean 5-6 small snack like meals?

For example, yesterday
for breakfast I had 8oz of low fat yogurt.
about 3 hours later I had a mixture of unsalted peanuts and organic dried cranberries that I made. (1/3 cup peanuts, 1/3 cup dried cranberries).
About 2-3 hours after that I had an orange.
And about 3 hours after that I had a tomato basil salad (With 2 cut up tomatoes and a few basil leaves, in some seasoned rice vinegar)
And the last thing I ate (3 hours before I went to bed, and 2 hours after my tomato salad) I had a small apple which I dipped in 1table spoon of peantubutter.

Is this what they mean when they say eat small meals?? Am I doing this right??

How to make sure that you don't regain the weight you're losing?
okay, I do agree that losing weight permanently is like a lifestyle change. But what I'm concerned about is.. say I've reduced my carbs intake in order to lose it, and later if I do start eating carbs in a bit larger amount, will that cause me to gain weight?

also, fruits/vegetables/nuts too contain carbs, so is eating bread or pasta a must? I mean, they say we need carbs, fat and protiens in each of our meal, but if I'm getting those protiens from milk, I'm also getting carbs from it. is it very essential to eat pure carbs?

ps: another question.. how to make sure that you don't lose muscle weight? (if you exercise, will that make it sure?)

So whats up with the over usage of laxatives. i asked this before. i do know that it makes you poop alot. i know that its like a constat having to go all the time. i know it deplets your body from the vitamins you need? but what are the long term effects on your body that laxatives gives you? what happends can it kill you what ill it do i guess im asking for someones personal happening

Is it possible to gain larger muscles or get stronger by lifting a lot of weight just a few times? Example instead of doing 8-10 reps of 25 pounds dumbell curls can you do just 2 and get the same results? Just looking to get bigger arms.

if i eat an apple for breakfast, 1 slice of whole wheat dry toast for lunch and then for dinner eat soup(lentil or chicken) or a salad incorporated with some grilled veggies(lovee my veggies, cant live without them) with very little dressing(balsamic without the oil), for a week help me loose a quick 5 lbs? and i also drink only water and diet green tea... and i have atleast one cup of black coffee during the day and a cup of hot green tea before bed at night. i'm jsut looking to loose atleast 5 lbs, of course id be way happy with more but 5 will do lol.
