I was a large baby and a very fat child (over 200 in 4th grade and over 450 in high school). I lost the weight in my 20s and kept it off in my 30s. I ate less and worked out more. I also decided I was happiest when I was very fat and in my early 40s started gaining again to add 400 pounds and be 620 in my early 50s. You have to make your own choice and be what you want to be. I chose to be my size and love it.

Some people are genetically predisposed to obesity. Such individuals may be able to lower body fat through a very low-fat, low-calorie diet and intense exercise. Individuals who are genetically predisposed to obesity will always struggle not to be overweight.

it's possible that you could, but it would be harder and take more effort, especially if you have slow metabolism or a Thyroid problem (which could be a possibility if you're born bigger than normal),or something. It's still possible to lose weight if you try hard enough. But if you still can't do it naturally, there's always plastic surgery

people told me i was just stalky and my bones were big.
i proved them wrong when i pushed myself to the limit for about5-6 months.. lost about 30 lbs and toned my arms out..

Most definately. Babies always carry high amounts of body fat. That is why people always refer to "baby fat"

Yes, unless there was a physical reason for you being overweight.
