does it make you gain weight or anything? because i know that you arent suppsoed to eat before you go to bed at night..but what about just like an hour long nap?

and if it is bad..how long should i wait?

The thing is after a meal thats what most people want to do anyway....Which is probably why it's another thing thats bad for us :-/

The reason for waiting after you eat or drink something is to make sure you don't have a reflux action that could bring up the item back to through the throat and into the mouth, possibly causing aspiration pneumonia if the item were to be inhaled into the lungs.

So wait 30 minutes and be safe even if you don't have any reflux or dephasia issues!

the reason were not meant to eat before we go to bed is because we cnt burn the calories of.
but i supose if you had a litle meal it wouldnt do much to your weight.
