Drinking lots of water and cutting out sodas helps alot. Being more active. Walking may not seem like it is doing anything, but it does and is easier on the joints than running or jogging.

I was starving college student (literally) and ate only once a day. That's not the route I'd suggest, 'cept cutting down on portions of food you intake. It is shown that Americans determine intake of food by how much is on their plate rather than feeling full.

I was never really "fat", but I was larger in the thighs and butt (and was made fun of for it). Then I lost 8 pounds during my last semester of school and people said I looked good or was "too skinny and not eating enough". All in all it comes down to being happy with yourself.

i used the Pilate's ball everyday and sweated like crazy and then i started jogging and stopped eating the crap foods. potato chips.sodas,mcds. etc.. i went from 284 to a now 135 in about 2 yrs.. and i now run marathons.. so it can be done, but it is down to " choice'" you have to make choices everyday about what you do and what you eat,, you choose to be fat and sit around on your *** and complain,,, or you choose it eat the right foods and exercise and look and feel great...
