Do what I do... mix a scoop of whey protein with a serving of peanut butter and just enough water so that it is mixable. Spread this on some whole grain bread, put the sandwich in a plastic baggy, and throw it in the freezer. I work part time and these help me out if I don't have anything else to bring with me to eat. The sandwich is very well balanced with healthy fat, good carbs, and a good amount of protein. If you want some extra carbs you could bring along a few raisins in the bag. Or if you just want something green bring a long a few celery stalks. Main thing is, you can make tons of these sandwiches and they're really convenient when you know you're going to be out for a while.
