I eat twice a day once at breakfast and once at supper I don't know if i am not eating enough ,but is there any vitamins that i can take to hike up my energy level?

most likely you are suffering from low blood sugar because of your eating habits. this is one of many reasons why we are supposed to eat every 3-4 hours. if you eat breakfast lunch and diner you energy levels will increase.

First of all, it sounds like you are not eating enough. You should have a minimum of 3 meals per day - actually 5-6 smaller meals are ideal. You should also make sure that your meals are healthy and nutritious.

Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep, exercise 5-6 times a week, eliminate stress, alcohol, and caffeine, and a visit to your doctor would be a good idea too. You may be anemic, and your doctor can determine that with a quick blood test.

well yes you may not be eating enough maybe your not eating foods that are healthy enough or you might not being getting enough sleep at night. sometimes if you dont exerise enough you can tend to feel tired alot more. there are all kinds of vitamins.. and different things for more energy try to go to a supplement store and ask them about it they would probably give you some better advice.

taking a multivitamin will help to ensure you get the nutrients you are missing because you eat so little. but when it comes down to it to boost energy you must eat more frequently through out the day. macronutrients (i.e protein, carbs, fat) are what give you energy not micronutrients (i.e vitamins and minerals)
