i am 119 pounds,13 years old and five feet four. I know this is a healthy weight, but I would feel so much more confident if I was thinner. I want to get to 105 pounds but healthily. How can I do this? Thanks x

Healthy is great, exercise is wonderful as well. Tone up yes. But setting a weight goal is bad.

Confident is something that comes from the inside, not from your weight. Would it be right that blond hair, blue eyes, dental implants, a sports car, would all be needed for more confidence? I think not.

The following guide should help. These are daily calorie intake numbers based on your age and current weight. I assumed a small frame since you are only 5'4"

Maintenance: 1597 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1278 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 958 Calories/day

There is no magic way or a pill that can do this. You have to workout, eat healthy, cardio and get proper rest. Simple as that. The healthy way is be active.

ERRRRRRRRR...Stop the train. There is NOOOOO reason for you to weigh 105 pnds for confidence. Work on the inside to fix your issue.
