AT first I thought it would be too much but now that I feel the benefits I enjoy it..I don't get bloated anymore and my skin feel's so much better and smoother.

It definetly keeps your skin hydrated and healthy looking, but you must also keep up your daily cleansing methods and it helps alot to maintain a healthy diet.

of course it affects your skin.... you are rehydrating your organs and your largest organ is your skin!!!

Unless you are severely dehydrated, the amount of water you take in won't effect your skin.
