When I want to eat but I'm not hungry, I heat up a mini bag of 100 calorie kettle corn. It's a good snack, pretty filling and big, and of course, only 100 calories (:

Actually it works, because you spend more time eating and this gives your body time to digest the food and the brain to react to a lot of things (like celery), even though it's low calorie. Another trick is to chew your food well and not take another bite until you've swallowed what's in your mouth. The longer you take to eat, the better it is (and chewing uses up calories). Here's another interesting fact: a stalk of celery contains about 5 calories, but you use 15 calories to chew it. So, every time you eat a stalk of celery, you lose 10 calories! Too bad celery doesn't contain many nutrients. Have fun!

i heard the colors red and yellow make you hungry..that's why restaurants are colored like that ie McD, carl's jr., in and out...

sooo...if u went color blind.....

or stay away from them...
