Heres the deal. Getting back with an ex, and the thing is I am a very pretty woman who is tall and carries her weight well- to a point.

I'm 5'9 and 240 pounds. He is attracted to me but I know my weight affects my health, self-esteem, and his attraction and concern for me. It seems to be a big deal to him because he was once fat(now very fit) and he hated himself for the rejection he experienced at that time. I should add that I do not date someone if I am not happy with them, but that means I don't really date overweight guys for the most part. Flab turns me off. But I am fair and don't date someone I want to change. What should I do about this resentment of being asked to change- asked to not demanded to. I want to feel better about myself and be healthy, but I resent this man for being a guy telling me I'm not what I should be. I agree with his conclusion- I need to lose it- but I can't shake the feeling of hurt and resentment since it seems selfish of him.

What I'm trying to do is to get a higher vertical jump. It's high already - I'm 5'8 and I can almost grab a basketball hoop - but I'd like to be even more. Will this help in any way? Also, is this safe?

What is the very best cardio exercise to do when you are trying to burn the most amount of fat? Is it running? And if you have had an injury, ( such as a knee injury) what is a good substitute for it when you do not like to run, or you can't run much?

For a 120 lb who exercises vigorously (out of necessity - skateboarding from point A to b to C etc...) about 6 hours of exercise apart from yoga a week...
Veggie burger with whole wheat bread, tea and coffee are staples, along with greens and the occasional fruit.
Any opinions? What if you eat this way for months? I haven't had any side effects and haven't noticed a drastic change in weight. Thanks!

Is doing stretches like yoga type ones and trying to touch your toes and pointing your hands as high as you can good for you? Im too tired to exercise right now. Lol! (Im a teen,Is it ok for me to do stretches?)

I'm looking to drop about 100 pounds, I dont eat much and I walk about 4 miles a day yet my weight keeps going up, can anyone recomend a diet pill that actually works? either something short term to drop 10-15 pounds fast to give my body a jump start or something long term that really does work? please help

I am fairly muscular but i have had one child by csection and no matter how hard i work out or diet theres just about 5-7 extra pounds in my stomach area that wont move....i ordered these tablets to see if they'd do the trick but i have heard good and bad about them. has anyone out there ACTUALLY had an experience with them and if so, can you share?? thanks!

ok well i have small breasts but im pretty much over that i kinda want bigger ones but there growing
i weigh 85 pounds and im 13 in 8th grade im pretty small and i was wondering if i eat more will i get curves and have puberty??? i had realy bad stomache aches and now i have one like every month so i think im getting my period....
but is there anythign to give it a pushstart?

i dont try not to eat im just natrually skinny like i try eating but i goes to my stomach and when i sit down i have rolls =c PLEASE HELP
