Bathing period is good for your health and hygiene.

It can't hurt. Hot water can be detrimental to health for folks with high blood pressure, for example, and is detrimental to the health of the environment, using up more non-renewable resources to heat water to a temperature that isn't needed.

On the other hand, bathing in cold water means that your pores will contract, and dirt and oils won't be able to be released during bathing.

Lukewarm - sounds good to me!

Luke warm water is better for washing since it allows you to get clean without stripping all the natural oils from your skin. The oils on your skin are part of your first-line-of-defense against infection, as well as dry skin. m Lukewarm water is not as soothing to the muscles as warm or hot water, but it is much better for your skin and your hair.

tub baths are not good for anyone regardless of the water temp. Basically you are sitting in a soup of dirt and germs from your body, and they can cause all sorts of nasty infections. You are far more healthy to shower rather than bathe.

I wouldn't say it's good for blood circulation.

A switch between cool and hot water is great for blood circulation.

Hot water dries your skin and is good for pain, and opening pores---the steam from it.

Cold water can seal moisture---especially in hair after conditioner.
