For a female you're in the "normal" range. If you want to improve your fitness don't bank on the scale-go by % body fat and circumference measurements. Check them 1 or 2 times per month (every other week).

Good luck!

The question that nobody has asked yet is...how did you get these measurements? Volume displacement is the best measure to determine your BMI and body fat percentage. And even still, it is skewed. Most people don't know that there is the external and internal body fat. External you can see, internal is the stuff around your organs and generally provide energy.

Normally they consider weight in this manner:

For every 5 feet = 100 pound
For every inch = 5 pounds

Ex.
If you are 5'6 you should weigh 130 pounds! Its okay to be a little over becuase no ones body type is the same...

Keep in mind that muscle weight more than fat. So if you
are exercising, the scales may not change significantly, but
your bodyfat percentage will.
