if i eat an apple for breakfast, 1 slice of whole wheat dry toast for lunch and then for dinner eat soup(lentil or chicken) or a salad incorporated with some grilled veggies(lovee my veggies, cant live without them) with very little dressing(balsamic without the oil), for a week help me loose a quick 5 lbs? and i also drink only water and diet green tea... and i have atleast one cup of black coffee during the day and a cup of hot green tea before bed at night. i'm jsut looking to loose atleast 5 lbs, of course id be way happy with more but 5 will do lol.

Sounds good, and yep you should definitely be able to lose 5 lbs and maybe more. =P

It isnt a verry balanced diet, but it should work if you want to get the weight of quickly.
but if you start feeling ill, go to the doctors.
also on a diet like that you may feel lack of energy.

Not a very balanced diet, is it? It'll probably do more harm than good. Buy a treadmill.

you would not lose 5 lbs of body fat on that diet it would be only water weight.
