get some more veggies in ur diet...
pb&j = weight watchers bread and low fat peanut butter and jelly.
breakfast = eggwhites or toast with low fat butter. and a 6oz glass of milk.
dinner= eat a sandwich (wheat bread and turkey)
snacks :carrots or apples or oranges...
I DID THIS JUST FOR 3 DAYS AND LOST 2.6 pounds!!
it works.
eating little(like ur doing)
is just gonna loose water weight and the second you stop doing it...youll gain it back..
eating little is not healthy
eat something good for you!
fill your self up, but with the right stuff!

umm. Sounds good. I myself, eat and love the weight control oatmeal for breakfast.
Throw in a banana with the oatmeal, or strawberries. I think you may have something there, I would be interested in this myself. Try, it I believe, this could work. Good Luck.
