Ok so whenever I go out with friends to eat I always see people eating unhealthy. Me, if I was eating meat for example, I don't eat the burnt parts and I peel all the fats off yet my friends they eat the whole thing. Also my friends add so much salt to their food when its already salty enough. =\ Higher content of salt may cause high blood pressure and eating too much fats can clog your blood vessels. As for the burnt parts its ok once in a while but I heard that it can cause higher risk of cancer due to the harmful chemicals.

So do you all eat like my friends? They think I'm weird for trying to be healthy. =P

i lost weight now like two kilos from my previous diet and previous advices u guys gave me ...but now i keep thinking about food i think im goona gain back ...god what to do ..all i think of is pizza and bread and burgers..i am close to ma goal weight but im afraid its gonna take forever to lose whats left .....which is by the way only 6 pounds ....

i just bought this treadmill and i am finding it hard to stay on there for more than 5 minutes a day. maybe, i just need to get used to it but in the meantime, how long should i spend on there per day or per week in order to see a decrease in my body weight? also any tips for staying on the treadmill for longer than 5 minutes at a time? it's kicking my ***. please help!

i am going to go to they gym 4-6 days a week. mostly for cardio.

i hae healthy diet planned out.
pretty much portion control and no junk food.

i am only drinking water and milk(skim)

and i am 5ft 4in and 130 pounds.

how long do you think it will take me to get to 110?

Hey everyone. I was just wondering how many sit-ups a day it would take to tighten my stomach. I'm not fat, I'm actually pretty thin. Just not toned. And I'm not looking for like hard core super defined abs, just tightening. If anyone has any answers for this, that would be GREAT. :)

First, to clear things up: I'm a guy, 6'1, weigh about 165. I am not interested in losing weight, nor am I self-conscious about it.
Now I get hungry all the time, but some days I just don't. Today, I woke up around 10:00, and still haven't eaten. I realize it's unhealthy, but if I'm not hungry, I just wont eat anything. I don't think I'm sick or anything, so I was wondering if any of you have days where you don't really get hungry at all.

diets say to lsoe weight you should eat less and excersise more. yes?
i eat under 1000 cals a day and i almost always burn more calories exercising than i have taken in. i do exercise 5 times a week or more and it is proper exercise.

i really really really need to lose weight but i'm prone to bingeing- and therefore purging which isn't good. If i don't eat all day and have a small dinner is there a yummy food - like not fruit and veg- that i can eat loads of with hardly any calories.
At the moment i binge on foods like cereal bars which aren't that bad but the calories add up. I really need a food that has no fat and calories, my bingng is physcological i think so i just need a way to do it without gaining weight or feeling the need to purge/throw up.

ive been working out doing crunches, leg lifts, exc. for I dont know how long ( a very very long time ) and I still have a 1/2 inch of fat coverering my abs. I can flex and feel them and they are really really hard but how do I get rid of that stupid flab????
