Ok so whenever I go out with friends to eat I always see people eating unhealthy. Me, if I was eating meat for example, I don't eat the burnt parts and I peel all the fats off yet my friends they eat the whole thing. Also my friends add so much salt to their food when its already salty enough. =\ Higher content of salt may cause high blood pressure and eating too much fats can clog your blood vessels. As for the burnt parts its ok once in a while but I heard that it can cause higher risk of cancer due to the harmful chemicals.

So do you all eat like my friends? They think I'm weird for trying to be healthy. =P

Thanks for reading.

No, I'm not that bad... I think they're just being nasty by eating the burnt parts and the fat. =P Just keep being healthy, you're on the right track.

I eat extremely healthy during the week so that on the weekends during social events I can basically consume whatever foods I chose and it will have no effect on my health or body composition. I figure I cook a good 180 meals a month and out of those maybe 2-3 may be meals that I eat in a restaurant, etc.
