yoga will help to stop the natural decrease in cardiovascular function but it will not directly improve it. so basically you still need to do some form of cardio if improving your cardiovascular endurance is of importance to you.

Nah, You just need to eat healthy to maintain a nice weight.

Just make sure you burn equivalent calories you eat.

yes you need cardio. Cardio is to excercise your heart.
