forget about trying to target the trouble areas, it's a waste of time. focus on being more healthy and fit through lifestyle changes in the diet and exercise and reducing your body fat to below average levels. once you have control of your body fat you will no longer have any major issues with your body

i think you are perfect!! however if you do really want to tone more i suggest squats for your thighs (again n ot like you HAVE to but if you want more definition) and bum and crunches for your stomach and mix it up with walking and jogging, do atelast half an hour to 1 hours exercise about 3-4 times a week and eat well. You will look even better and feel better on a coupleof months! Hoever remember that toning up does take a while, it doesnt happen over night so dont throw in the towel just yet, give it 2-3 months to get visible results,

Just 30 to 40 minutes of cardio everyday..you look fine. you may just want to lower your body fat % with a 1500 calorie a day eating plan...Combine that with some light weight training to polish it all off and you're good to go...

Were you hunched over to make your stomach look like that? It doesn't look as bad in the other pictures. Yeah just tone.

I agree with the person above. I don't think you need to really lose much, just tone up.

your stomach area maybe. you are definelty not excessively fat, so it could be easy to lsoe the flab.

Run and then do crunch ups

Eat healthier as well
