my friend is 12 yrs old and she has a 6 pack of abs what can i do to get them?

Six packs are ugly on girls and discourages guys. A little ab is enough. You just do a lot of crunches, and stomach exercises. You can find a lot online or even at the library or magazines. Good luck! =) It takes hard work and eating right tooooo

Well, you could always ask her. Just casually mention that you noticed she looked toned and trim, don't say fit O.K. and the only way to do it is by exercise, but don't go to far - all these body builders are caricatures and makes their willies look so small. good luck. Great idea to get a fitness programme going as you are presumably young and know that keeping fit is terribly important, and eating healthily with lots of protein. I doubt if that 12 year old girl will want a 6 pack soon for two obvious reasons.!!

Ok do sit ups or a kind of pull up where you hold yourself up and bring up your knees. Other excersizes you can stand put your hands behind your head bring up a knee bend over and touch the opposite elbow with it still behind your head to your knee. Another is to sit down and lift your legs and then lift your upper body so that the only thing that's touching the ground is your butt.

are you sure it's a 4 pack and not a six pack? impossible for a little girl to have six pack abs, since they tend to have more body fat than boys.

Crunches, side crunches, regular sit ups, and do this one exercise where you lay on your back and keep your legs straight, then have some body push them down, and you raise them back up again. Do it straight and to the sides. It may sound easy, but its really difficult, and it works.
