like the other person saidf celery burns more calories then it provides, I dont really like celery though the nicest thing I snack on to get rid of hunger is cucmber you can have loads of it there really isnt much too it but it will fill you up.

instead of just binging at points it would be better for you to have smaller meals throughout the day, like snacks. If you drink soda, you should try seltzer water. It's only carbonated water with no calories at all. Calories aren't really that big of a deal. It all depends on the amount of excercise or any sort of physical activity. If you drive to places that aren't really so far away, just walk.
Honestly, diets are all fads and you, yourself, have to find something that works for you. It's a proven fact that it takes the body 15 minutes to realize that there is food in your stomach. So, if you eat alot, that's why you feel ridiculously full and then have the need to purge afterwards. Instead, put a good amount of food on your plate and then once it is done, focus on something else, for example, do your laundry or fix up your place. Trust me, it'll work.
Hope it helps, and purging is the worst thing you could do. I used to not eat breakfast and maybe i would eat lunch if I had the time, and then i would binge out for dinner and I thought it would help my weight loss, but unfortunately it didn't. Try this way and don't give up on it...it will work!

You're binging because your cravings are not being satisfied. Not eating all day will slow your metabolism because your body doesn't know the next time it will be nourished. It is better to eat 6 small meals per day (or 3 regular sized and 2 small snacks in between) to keep something always digesting in your stomach. Cut out the starchy foods and eat more fruits and veggies. It will make you feel fuller longer and the sweetness of the fruits should satisfy some of the cravings. If you stay away from the things you want to eat, you'll be unhappy and the binge/purge cycle will continue. I recommend plain popcorn with spray on butter (you control how much you get), carrot sticks with lo-cal dressing to dip into, and yogurts or cottage cheese for those gotta snack moments. Staying active and getting enough excercise and even enough sleep will help you lose the weight faster. Try to think "healthy" instead of "thin."

If you're binging and purging, you're exhibiting signs of disordered eating and need to see a doctor. You won't lose weight if you continue to do this, because purging does not actually rid the body of calories. This problem is bigger than your need to lose weight.
See your doctor, ASAP. You'll probably be put into therapy and nutritional counseling. It can be frightening but, with the right attitude, it can be fun, rewarding, and educating.

The previous post is correct in that celery burns more fat than has calories.
Maybe you should try three smalls a day.
I can't even think of one thing that is really yummy and doesn't have loads of fat.

Honestly, no. Vegetables are the lowest calorie food. Also, not eating anything but dinner isn't going to do anything for you but messing up your metabolism. You are only hurting yourself by doing that. You need to eat more to lose weight.

cereal bars are garbage, they are heavily processed and loaded with chemicals that have a negative effect on the endocrine system.
mother nature makes tons of foods that are low calorie and packed with nutrients. these are the food thats humans are designed to eat, not foods made in factories. lean animal proteins and vegetables are all low calorie.
