ive been working out doing crunches, leg lifts, exc. for I dont know how long ( a very very long time ) and I still have a 1/2 inch of fat coverering my abs. I can flex and feel them and they are really really hard but how do I get rid of that stupid flab????

preferebly someone who has a six pack or someone who did just get thier info on an info mertial

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. you need to reduce your current level of body fat by cleaning up your diet and exercising at a high level of intensity. training at maximum effort causes the greatest release of growth hormone and in the resting metabolic rate. a clean diet and running sprints 3x a week for 10-15 minutes

well i still have some fat on my stomach but when i stretch and if i suck in a bit i do have a 6 pac outline where i can see the muscles my best advice to you mate is cardio such as running or walking maybe 3 times a week along with weight liftin and crunches etc , and a good diet so tht u dont gain any fat bk tht u loose , good luck
