exercise and eating healthy. Some people stuff their guts until they are so full they are in pain. You need to stop doing this, or at least do it with healthy food only.

The golden rule of weight loss is 'more out than in'. If you expend more calories than you consume, you WILL lose weight. Increase your output (exercise) and decrease you input (calories).

well i think you should accept your body the way that it is but if you are really desperate then eat more fruits && veggies,excercise more and also try to not stress out about things too much!Well good luck and I hope I helped!
