if so how often should i do it in a week? and how long will it take i kinda want to slim down in a week if at all possible?

Cardio workouts help you to burn fat, to get rid of love handles try alot of different oblique, and ab excersises. One good excersise is getting a lightweight and leaning over to the left or right really targets your waist and love handles.

You can't "spot lose " body fat...it will come off where it comes off. Target exercise is also a myth...drop your calorie intake to around 1200 a day and sweat for 30 to 40 minutes everyday...Jog, walk, elliptical..whatever you enjoy. That will lower your body fat until those love handles are just an unpleasant memory..good luck

Yes. I do cardio, every day at the gym. Every other day, I do weight training. I have notice my love handle, is not as bad, as it once was, when I started exercise, back in September.
