I have never done the Lemonade Diet so I am only speaking From the perspective in which I have knowledge. First of all the Lemonade Diet is not for losing weight. It is a body cleanse. Even though you do lose weight the "things" you have to go through on this diet you better be doing it for the cleanse and not the weight or it won't be worth it.
You must develop eating habits that allow you to eat "regular" food and WORKOUT!!
Almost every, including this one, "diet" goes like this. You will lose weight from water loss initially. Then you will plateu. Then once you stop the diet you gain back 1/4 to 1/2 the weight. Then unless you stay on the diet for the rest of your life you will gain back the weight you had and then some. Not to mention the older you get you lose lean muscle (which is what makes you look good) and going on a diet without a workout only makes it happen quicker.
So I will tell you this for a fact. To lose weight and be healthy you MUST "burn more calories than you take in". The mistake most people make in all diets is sacrificing health for the sake losing weight at all cost. Why do you think there are so many diets out there? Because they are all quick fixes that cannot be maintained for a lifetime. Therefore you must develop eating habits that allow you to eat "regular" food and WORKOUT!! The reason there is an obesity problem in the United States is we are always looking for the quick fix. So, the rich get surgery and the average get fatter, or are blessed with the right genes.
You must develop eating habits that allow you to eat "regular" food and WORKOUT!!

10 -15 if you are a guy. Expect to gain it right back though. Fiber pills do not make you loose weight. If you are not eating you will not need fiber pills because there is nothing you will need to pass. Basically you are going on a water, sugar and sucralose diet.

Learn to use upper and lower caps for your question - It will look less like you're yelling.
As for your query, I think this depends very much on your body. Some people can really lose alot, some don't. I have a fairly athletic build, and the lemonade pepper drink was GREAT to drink, but really, more than about 5 pounds per week or so is not a very safe idea.

There is no way you or anyone can give an amount of weight you can lose! But if you are sincere about losing weight, try adding excercise to your dieting plan.. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to incorparate exercising alond with the water pills and lemonade.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

I get the feeling you are being really obsessive about all this losing weight lark - please email me and tell me your height and weight if you want and then work out why you need to take such stupid and dangerous diets. I mean that OK. Actually, I have read your questions, something I have not done for ages, and you have got an obsession with weight loss, you don't take or give emails, funnily enough people with your problem are usually very secretive and want to enjoy their eating disorder by yourself and want to know all the wrong ways to eat. Are you spewing up yet?

None. You probably wont last more than two days on that BS. Stick with real food, you'll lose weight faster and it'll be easier to stick to the diet.

Thats not a diet, someone fed you a line of ****. Your diet is any foods that you eat. Responsibly. Try eating smaller portions every two to three hours. Like an apple, two hours later, serving size portion of oatmeal, few hours later, a half of a turkey sandwich (no mayo). and so on and so on. It keeps your metabolism steady, allowing your body to burn the excess fat,
