First, to clear things up: I'm a guy, 6'1, weigh about 165. I am not interested in losing weight, nor am I self-conscious about it.
Now I get hungry all the time, but some days I just don't. Today, I woke up around 10:00, and still haven't eaten. I realize it's unhealthy, but if I'm not hungry, I just wont eat anything. I don't think I'm sick or anything, so I was wondering if any of you have days where you don't really get hungry at all.

Once in a while a person's metabolism is such that there is no desire to eat. It could be from inactivity the previous period where no energy was expended, or the consumption of liquids which reduced the desire for food. It could also be from heavy food intake the previous day which also deadened the desire for food. Don't worry about it. Most people have had this feeling at one time or another. It appears to be a natural reaction by the body.

Yes, it happens. just make sure you are more concious tomorrow about what you eat, usually a slip up for one day won't impact you too much. however, continuing this for much longer could put you at a serious health risk. here are some tips: -try meditating before each meal, breath in and out and only focus on the thoughts in your mind. -drink one full glass of water and a piece of fruit before you eat, it will make you feel full -if you need oral fixation, drink water, tea, chicken broth, chewing gum, and keep vegetables and a healthy dip! always have healthy foods it will keep you fuller for longer and you will less likely splurge all day

No, I eat my three meals a day pretty much invariably. The only times when I go without eating is when I have some kind of sickness such that I can't keep food down, which happens to me every once in a while.

yah i feel like that sometimes, but i can always eat candy or chocolate. But some days i just don't eat, i do it because i do have to stay slim, but if you're not going 2 eat anything, try to eat something light, or your muscles could go away, and it's unhealthy and all that junk.

I never have that problem mines is opposite lol but u should try 2 eat something even its light like fruit or maybe a toast

Some days are just like that. You should probably eat something like some soup or salad at least. I wish I had more days like that.

I don't think not eating for a period of time is unhealthy. It gives the body time to detoxify itself.
