After my cardio, I try drinking plain water, but I can only drink 2 glasses, and feel real heavy then I can't drink anything else. When I drink 0 calorie flavored water, I can drink and entire liter, and hours later, I may feel like plain water.
I drink a lot more liquids when I drink flavored water? Isn't this better than just some plain water?

Of course I am overweight or I would not be asking this. I tried everything from working out to Atkins. I am tired of being this way.

I was at 125 about half a year ago. I don't work out that much but I do on occassion and I'm not dieting much either. I definitely don't look abnormally skinny and I don't have eating problems since I love food. I think I either have a pretty high metabolism or am beginning to lose some of my baby fat. Some of my friends say I weigh too little though, even though i look healthy and fit. I was planning on working out more though to look more toned since I do have a little bit of flab. Is 105 too small of a weight for me?

I'm just wondering of all the fads which ones have different (body) types of people used that have been effective? Also, what diet pills have been shown to have bad effects or not work or be dangerous that were on the market or are still on the market?

WASHINGTON, DC—According to a new Department of Health and Human Services study, 58 percent of all exercise performed in the U.S. is broadcast on television. "Of the 3.5 billion push-ups performed in 2003, 2.03 billion took place on exercise shows on the Lifetime Network and ESPN3 or fitness segments on Good Morning America," the study read. "The abundance of TV exercise would create the impression that America is a healthy society, if everyone didn't already know that we're a bunch of disgusting, near-immobile spectators." The DHHS study also indicated that 99.3 percent of the nation's Soloflex workouts are televised.

I just recently started the South Beach Diet and I have a question. Do you have to follow the menus strictly? Because it'll tell you to eat certain allowable foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. But i don't. I mean i stick with the plans meaning the requiered foods, but if im not hungry i dont eat. I may not eat a snack or a lunch. And i'd maybe eat a lunch for some of the dinner plans. For instance, a days menu could say that you should eat eggs, tomato juice, and canadian bacon for breakfast, turkey roll ups with cilanto dressing for snack, tuna salad for lunch, mozzarella stick for snack, and some eggplant meal for dinner. But I ate the mozarella stick for breakfast (cuz i wasnt hungry), the turky slices, but ate them with low fat chesse and jello (allowed foods) and i prolly will have a lunch meal for dinner since eggplant isnt appealing. Is this ruining the chemistry of the diet or is it okay?
