Why, is your weight too tight??
Loose is the opposite of tight.
LEARN TO SPELL.
The word you want is spelled L-O-S-E.
Exercise more, eat less. Spot reducing does not work.
And learn to spell!

There's no miracle cure for losing weight. But you can try cutting down on the amount of carbohydrates you take, including white rice, pasta and breads, and replacing them with plenty of vegetables and fruits, and protein in the form of soya and lean white meats. Take five small meals a day in place of the 3 big ones to keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout your waking hours to prevent bingeing. And drink lots of water (fizzy drinks don't count!) throughout the day to help flush out body toxins, which can also cause weight gain.
Finally, all the diets in the world won't work unless you start some sort of exercise regime at least 3 times a week, for 20 mins each time. Remember, muslces burn more calories than fats!
Good luck!

Avoid dieting, and exercise more and make healthier choices in food (like more veggies and fruits, less fried stuff, less eating at fast food restaurants....).
With dieting you often restrict your daily calorie intake and this actually tricks your body into going in 'famine mode'. So your metabolism is slowed and your body starts storing food as fat, so you gain even more weight.
And most important, since YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE, you have to lose weight all over. But to do so safely, you have to eat a balanced diet, and exercise. Do crunches, but don't neglect the rest of your body. The goal is to increase muscle mass. They will give your body a more toned look and will allow you to lose wieght because they use energy (and some of this energy will come from the fat, yyeess!!!!).

There is no spot reducing when it comes to fat loss, you lose fat from all over your body. Maybe not at the same rate in each area, but really, you can't control this.
Eat more green and whole grains, less grease and sugar, and stop when you're full. Exercise 3 or more times a week for 30 minutes at a time.

South beach diet users lose weight in the belly area first.
But its not really that practical for most people.
However, if you have access to weights, there is a strong correlation between weight lifting and lower belly fat. So start pumping iron and stop eating the fries!

Well first off eating less isn't always the best answer, proportionate your meals and in alot of cases eat small meals 4-5 times per day to boost metabolism, and it is also wise to employ more activity like jogging or some excercise that you enjoy doing.

low fat, low carb (but not ultra low, just no ice cream, chocolate, etc).
Try to cut down and exercise more.
