You need to realize that your body shuts off your metabolism when you fast for periods of time. Basically by not eating you are asking your body to store more fat. That's not going to help you lose weight if that's what your goal is.

Good grief? Are you on a hunger strike?? Or just on a very weird diet? If the latter, you'll end up fatter because your body, thinking that you're starving is going to turn anything that goes into you into fat to store against future starvation sessions .. you're better off eating a little something a few times a day even if it's just a slice of bread or something, and drink plenty of fluids like fruit or vegetable juice. Otherwise the acid regulation in your stomach and digestive system will go haywire.

Look at what you are putting into your body. If you are drinking a lot of caffeine, sometimes that can have the effect similar to speed or other stimulants...If you smoke a lot, that can also decrease your appetite. Also, if you're depressed, sometimes people react with hunger and sometimes they lose interest in food.
You're going to have to figure out what's going on in your life though that is affecting this....you shouldn't be "starving", but you should be craving some sort of food.
My best recommendation would be to see a nutritionist...perhaps they could help diagnose the real problem. :)

the hunger pains go away after a while. now i have to say this..... ARE YOU CRAZY!!!! why starve yrself. if you need to lose weight do it right. you know all t hat will happen when you do start eating is yr body will quickly store fats because you have been starving it. now start eating again slowly pick up pace. and excercise with it. just eat healthy and excercise to lose.
