i think it is completely normal to be 5'1'' and weighing between 112 and 115 pounds... according to the basic comparison of heighth and weight.

that would depend on what is normal in that particular genetic combination...
my daughter is 5'1"
she is almost 3" taller then her grandmother!
she is 14 and knows medically that she is almost done growing...she is okay with that..
she is taller then GRANDMA!!!
my 8 year old son is smaller in stature then most preschoolers, and he is going in 3rd grade..
when people say he is short, he came up with the response
"I'm not short...I'm tall for a hobbit!!!"
i also have 3 sons, one 21,almost 6' one 22 years, 6'3" and one 16 year old who is almost 6' and wears a size 12 and half shoe...

shake up that DNA...you never know what you'll get!!.

Its perfectly normal, I did as well and your weight may also have to do with the amount of exercise you get or don't get. Muscle outweighs fat, so if you get a lot of exercise or do a lot of walking, you may have muscle mass to make you weigh that. Even without muscle, you are still at a perfectly normal weight.

To be totally sure why don't you vist your family doctor and ask if you can have a BMI Body Mass Index done. This will tell you if you are within the target range for your height and weight.

It is normal but you can look like whatever you want to look like with diet and exercise. If you want to look slim, you can do that. There was this one boy who looked normal. But he did NOT want to look normal. He wanted to have big muscles so he got into bodybuilding. Because of that, he is now the governor of California.
