Do they wobble to and fro?

Can you tie them in a knot?

Can you tie them in a bow?

Can you throw them o'er your shoulder like a Continental Soldier?

Do your ears hang low?

I started to work out again in my room ( do it every summer before soccer season starts) and everytime I do sit ups, push ups, or something like those kinds of excersises, I begin to shake uncontrollably by the 25th sit up...is it because I'm not in shape or something else? Anyways the shaking gets really distracting for me to keep going, so only if I stop, the shaking stops. Please help me find what I'm doing wrong or if there is something wrong with me physically? Thank you.

I've come to realize that the more regular you do sports, the lesser you hurt in the morning. But why do muscles hurt afterward anyway? Do our muscles improve or are they just simply tired? Even with stretches they always seem to find a way to make tomorrow bloody painful.

Yes, I know you have to be used to it to lessen the pain, but what if you only get to do it once a week or something?

Yeah, I'm a bozo, but I go to the pool. I go to the board (maybe about 5 ft. from the water) and I'll see these guys do these crazy aeronautic flips and twists and vaults through the air. Now when I get to the board, if I try to dive, I generally gain no air and just end up doing a standard dive, without gaining much air in the jump.

I guess what I'm getting at is, how do you get to the point where you jump off the board, launch through the air and do a dive? Are there certain steps to practice first to build up to doing the dive?
