If you are looking to lose weight consistently and permanently you will find these 3 keys to success very helpful.

1. Create a "Diet for Life". A healthy diet that will give your body the nutrients it needs without a high caloric intake and also be satisfying for you to maintain for years or a lifetime. Try going to www.ediets.com for some help.

2. Just like your diet you should have a fun and interesting workout plan that you can do on an ongoing basis. Do the things that you like doing and it will be a lot easier to maintain.

3. Persistance is probably the main key. Know that if you are doing 1 & 2 correctly then the results will come. Don't get frustrated if your not losing 20lbs in a week. Keep on working at it and in 3 months you will be healthy and well on your way to a perfect body.

Much Success to you!

While many wish there was some magic formula for losing weight, there isn't. The best possible way is still diet and exercise. For diet, try buying smaller dishes. If you leave empty space on a plate, your brain feels deprived. By buying smaller dishes you have better odds for tricking your brain into feeling fuller with less. Also, the key is portion control. By cutting out 500 calories a day, you can lose 1 ld per week. Exercise will help boost your metabolism and speed the process. Know that 1 pound of fat has 3500 calories and that for a female, the minimum amount of calories necessary to survive per day is 1200.

What is your age???

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.

Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).

And at the top of all:

Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.

You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

There is only one way to lose weight. Cut the intake of calories. Don't eat, especially snacks. Cut big meals and eat 5 small snacks (meals) instead. There is NO magic way to lose weight. Americans are extremely fortunate that we are able to be fat. A huge proportion of the world is starving.
Be proud of that extra couple of pounds.

first you need to eat right... and exercise at least 3-5 times a week... that is the best way. i have tried mostly all the diets out there and drinks. It really did nothing for me.. i decide to watch what i eat, and excecise at least 5 x a week. I lost 21 lbs so far.. i use the turbo jam exercise and believe me it works.. just motivate youreself and you can do it. go for walk, watch what you eat, instead of fried go for grilled, eat lots of greens more. just be aware of what you are eating... that is the key and adding so type of physical activity definantly helps.. good luck...

Water is a special drink that keeps you healthy - it doesn't contain anything that will prevent you from losing weight. Low fat, low carb foods... but remember that you need carbs to initiate the burning of fat. And exercise! Try to exercise when you are slightly hungry - your elevated glucagon levels will mobilize more of your body's stored fats to be burned.

Give up one thing: check your current diet (including drinks) for something high in calories that you can live without.
Or increase the amount that you exercise, for instance, walk a couple of miles each day instead of driving or using public transport.

I would do the phase 2 of the South Beach Diet. And of course excercise.
