Both are healthy, especially if you are drinking 100% pure juice. However, eating the actual fruit will help to provide your body with the ruffage it needs to help keep your body clean as well.

Eating a fruit or drinking its juice is really a matter of convenience or preference. For example- on the subway it might be hard to eat a pineapple, but a drink of pineapple juice is obviously easier to travel with you. Time and preference vary from person to person. You should know that there is much more vitamin C in the pulp of an orange than in a glass of orange juice. I say alternate- eat and drink your fruit! Enjoy!

Eating fruit is more healthy than drinking fruit juice. When you drink the juice you are getting too much sugar and acids

fruit has fiber
juice alone doesnt--plus in this day and age, many juices have added sugar or what not--so easily taking in something that you don't want

You get a lot more fiber with the fruit and it's in it's pure form and not processed. You control what's in it. Much more filling.
