I always stretch befor and after i run, what can i do to help with the pain and relax my muscles?

some have suggested to warm up, what do i do to warm up?

try dif. shoes
if you work out it could be because your feet ankles and knees are much stronger or weaker then your calves. usually stronger.

Have someone check your gait, see if you pronate or supinate. You may need orthotics, a different shoe or both. You may also need to speed more time stretching your calves and Achilles tendon.

stretch for at least 15 min before your run--focus on legs and calves
and then walk briskly for at least 3-4 min before you begin to run

You may have a deficientcy of a certain vitamin or something. Check with your doctor and maybe take a multi vitamin to start.

you aren't letting your muscles warm up enough,this will get worse
unless you warm up propper,some people take over an hour.
