Eat and then exercise like at least an hour after. It's better for your body that way.

U should exercise in the morning when u get up! It will give u more energy for your day and then start your day. Eat small meals 6 times a day then u do not overload your stomach and system so it works better and does not have to work so hard. Drink a lot of water thru out the day that will help also. Do not drink soda of any kind it can bloat you.

Both
Start with something lite - such as fruit or a small sandwich. This is to help your metabolism and you won't pass out. Make sure it has enough proteins - chicken, vegetables, etc.
No sugar drinks or sports drinks that include sugar as a main ingredient.
If you choose to munch during your sets try trail mixes. It will help your body to relax in between the sessions to concentrate on your next set.
Then after, wait at least an hour for the body to relax. drink plenty of fluids. Try water with a half of lemon squeezed into it. then eat something with lots of protein and low carbs.
Why you take your time eating is because you gain alot of metabolic waste within the muscle walls that need to be purged and if you jump in right away you will cramp up.
So - Protein, liquids, rest in between sets, liquids, and small meals.

I always exercise in the morning and before I eat. It revs your metabolism for the day and if you drink water all day it tends to help with your appetite. Eat small meals throughout the day and this helps too. I try to eat most of my carbs before the evening.

Not really. You just need to make sure that you eat healthy foods and that if you do eat something with a lot of calories, you might want to exercise. But no matter what you eat, you always want to exercise every week. Exercising is good for your body, and it makes you feel really good about yourself.

If you have eatin, you want to wait at least 30 min. before exercising so you don't puke everywhere. For max weight loss, you want to eat only 1500 calories and do 30 min of sweaty exercise ( i.e briskly walking, treadmill, jumprope, biking, swiming, etc.) Try not to eat in the late evenings eaither. So, you can exercise in the morning before eating, or at night after.

Exercise before you eat, and drink lots of water. This will curb your appetite and keep your metabolism very high. This will also help detoxify your body.
