At 5'7 and only 130 you sound like your pretty average. Unless you just wnat to be skinny but from the facts that you provided I don't think you need to loose ANY weight but that's just my opinion. But to answer you question my friend has tried many diet pills and none of them worked. They just had REALLY wierd side effects. The best solution that worked for her was she just ate healthier and went to the gym 3 time a week. I think that would work WAY better than diet pills.

5'7 and only 130! come on! at 21 years old, you shouldn't be letting yourself get pulled into the diet pill craze. have you ever read the disclamers at the bottom of every diet pill commercial. they always have it really little "results not typical".that right there should clue you in. and they also say use with diet and exercise. so if you think about it, if you are willing to use diet and excersise, then why waste your time and cash on that crap. for your height and weight, you sound like you are ok. i hope you are not developing an eating disorder. diet pills are not a quick fix. when you starve yourself, true, you will loose weight, but as soon as you get to your target weight and you begin to eat agian, your body will begin to pick up weight fast. Your bodies system is basically scared that there will be another "time of famine" and it will try to store up as much as it can just in case.it's bioligical. just eat health and moderate exercise (walking is fine). your body will level itself off to were it belongs.

Hoodia!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

You can read a good article about how it works at:

You are not "fat", but if you insist on "dieting" instead of enjoying a good walk you could end up wishing that you are the way you are now. So try keeping a food journal to see if you are taking in hidden calories. If you don't like walking try a bicycle. Or try stress reduction. All these are healthier than diet pills.

from a man's view 130 on 5'7" should be fitting quite well.
I think women are too busy trying to weigh 100 pounds for nothing.. you gotta look at the J-LO, BYONCE, that's a WOMAN not Cameron Diaz or Paris Hilton not that they are not pretty... they are pretty, but I would prefer them with about 10-15 lbs more :)

You're not obese, you don't need any kind of diet pill.
Change your eating habits and get at least 30 minutes of moderate excercise a day. That's all you need. If you want to take something to help you not feel hungry, get some fiber pills and take about 4 of them about 30 minutes before you eat with alot of water.

According to your height and age you are only 4 kgs more than your ideal weight. for that weight you does not have to take diet pills. just for few days avoid fast foods and cold drinks and walk 20 min a day briskly. Researches have shown that diet pills have more disadvantages or side effects than their benefits. decide wisely between exercise and pills.

You're pretty tall...130 pounds is NOT that bad. I would suggest that you exercise...diet pills can be dangerous, especially for those who aren't really overweight.

Check your BMI at the website below. Then decide if it would be best for your health to lose weight.

You have a Body mass index of 20.4 which is perfectly normal, even closer to the lower bracket of normality.

You do not have a weight problem and certainly don't need diet pills which are mostly scams
