Do you like to do yoga...what is it that you love about it?

I used to take Phentermine and it worked great at surpressing appeitite but due to the fact it is VERY expensive i can't get it any more. (oh and i've been down the eat right, exersize and you'll be fine road so please don't mention it) Thanks!

I need to learn how to run at least 2 miles for soccer in the fall. I've always had alot of trouble w/ running b/c I got asthma. I think that running is a really good thing to be able to do stress relief and health wise. And I'm not fat and outta shape. Eventually I'd like to be able to run like 7 miles for fun and not have it be really hard... I've never run over a mile. I walk alot though. So any tips on how to fun long distances w/o getting out of breath, sore, etc.

My husband's accupuncturist tested him for food allergies using apiece of metal attached to a machine and vials of possible allergens. Is this just total b.s. or is it real....he seems to be allergic to only the things that he loves.....but no allergic reactions that are outwardly identifiable (runny nose, choking etc.etc.)

I'm barely into my 20s and im experiancing a growing windows peak (temporal recession). I enjoy bodybuilding/weightlifting but I also enjoy my hair. I know working out raises free testosterone levels which would also mean raised DHT (the cause of hair loss) if I am correct. So does this mean my weightlifting substancially accelerate my hairloss or am I dead wrong (which i hope)

I know 105 pounds isn't alot but I have extra fat stored around my thighs and stomach. I can't do sit ups though because I really hurt my back a year back in a sports accident. So is there any excercise that will help me other then sit ups? Also please explain step by step how to do them.

I really really would like to.
I have about 2.5 months, a moderately active lifestyle, and a vegetarian diet with little soda other than diet.
Also, I made sure that the final weight would be healthy still for my body- I am at the high end of healthy weight right now.
