Working out does not increase testosterone levels... hence it does not increase hairloss. Testosterone levels are controlled by your pituitary, the master gland of the body. Weightlifting does not effect hormone secretion in any way... it merely makes muscle cell hypertrophy (enlarge) to accomodate for the extra work demanded by them.
Now taking anabolic steroids... that will increase hair loss!

In order to put high testosterone in check use a beta sitosterol containing herb like pumpkin seed, saw palmetto or pygeum which binds up with the enzyme that converts testosterone into the toxic dihydrotestosterone. This also dramatically helps swollen prostate issues.

HAHAH nice dude no it doesnt the thing is that when u sweat alot alot alot your hair sarts to get toooooo moist then if you see hair fallin thats becuze of that but dunt worry man in a about 1 day all the hair gorws back and you look as good as new

I have done lots of weightlifting in my days and had no hair loss....i think it genetic...but I hear there is advancement in hair loss control out there.

Really, I think it is your genetics. I work out regularly and have a full head of hair. Maybe you should consider Hair Club for Men or Rogaine. My brother is balding, and Rogaine has really helped him out.

Its proven that when actually running and working out takes happens your hair gets healthier. So not only are you doing something good for your body but actually for your hair. so no this is not true.
