I think the average weight is about a healthy 150 to 170 pounds but if you have a small frame 130 to 150.

I'm 5'11 and according to my doctor, my ideal weight is in between 150 and 160. I am considered "large framed", which I take to mean relatively broad shoulders, larger bust (D cup) and probably a little more muscular than most women. (I played soccer in school and still play in an adult league). If you have a slighter build, I would probably estimate your ideal weight to be between 140 and 150. Hope this helps.

100# for the first 5 feet, then add 5 lbs for every additional inch over 5 feet. So, around 155#.

it really dependson your body type. if you have a small frame you should weigh less then if you have a large frame , and it depends if you have alot of muscel or not because muscle weighs more than fat
