I started to work out again in my room ( do it every summer before soccer season starts) and everytime I do sit ups, push ups, or something like those kinds of excersises, I begin to shake uncontrollably by the 25th sit up...is it because I'm not in shape or something else? Anyways the shaking gets really distracting for me to keep going, so only if I stop, the shaking stops. Please help me find what I'm doing wrong or if there is something wrong with me physically? Thank you.

shaking usually happens especially when you are doing free weight b/c of the stabilizing muscles. you'll notice it especially if you switch from machine to free weights, or if you are generally weak and have not worked out for a long time.

usually if i stop working out and restart, the shaking starts, so i usually start with machines to just get my muscles going instead of over doing it and being sore for several days. once i feel like i have smooth movement, i switch back to free weights and the shaking will restart, but will go away once you have regain the stabilizing muscles to support it.

my advice, keep doing what you're doing, but don't overdo it. take it easy for 1-2wks, then start pushing yourself harder and harder.

shaking is probably a sign of--too much weight--or your muscles arent ready for that type of endurance
i find that beginners in the weight room shake more--because their muscles arent accustomed to the impact of the exercise yet

also shaking can be a sign that your stabilizing muscles arent well developed--so workout as you are to the point of shaking--take a break--then do a few more sets--
you'll find you start "shaking" at a later timepoint as your muscles get stronger
