Yes dexatrim is very dangerous to your health and one of the worst diet pills around. So try eat less and drinking more water

You should consult your doctor or a pharmacist. There's an online list http://www.rxlist.com/ of medicins and what you should and shouldnt take with them. Many anti-depressants (like Welbutrin) have weightloss as a side effect. If you need extra get-up-and-go in the mornings try good old strong black coffee without the creme and sugar. Good luck!

Just take an energy pill, or a diet pill with an enegy booster in it. Try Ginseng.

Best advice that many have already stated. Get away from diet pills.
Seek a nutritionist and educate yourself on nutrition if you have to, but NO PILLS! bad bad baaaaaaaaaaad!

There are no circumstances where one of those weight-loss pills are good for you. Exercise daily (walking doesn't count), and eat healthy meals. There's no magic bullet, hon.
