You should not loose more than a pound a day. Going to the extreme will get you sick. A quick and large loss is dangergous also you are more apt to put back the weight becasue you will soon get fed up of your routine and eat again like you used to. Be a turtle in this matter. Slow but sure. Even one pound a day is a lot but manageable and not as dangerous as larger amounts.
