I want to shed a few pounds and get my belly back in shape. Its a small pool so laps are out of the question. Anyone have any good ideas?

go back and forth aka laps or get weight u can left up and do it in the water.

We have classes at our club for water aerobics, and water jogging, I spend most of my time in the gym and don't know tot much about them,but you can call other clubs and ask them what kind of classes they offer and get some ideas, or go online and with your search engine type in "water exercise classes" and you can see what other places do. Hope this helps some...

first, to get warmed up, pedal without going under the water. this uses your thighs and upper leg muscles. then, swim. like, keep swimming laps, vigourosly non-stop for 15 minutes. good workout- helped me keep healthy

water aerobics. Try running in the water (it sounds funny, but there is resistance and it really helps!)
